Refinancing Fees Credit Card More Expensive, People who have to refinance fees on purchases made with credit cards must pay interest rates higher and higher and in some cases climb to 40 percent. A study by the Central Bank (BCRA), the average interest for the minimum values in September stood at 33.1 percent, and for maximum values to 39.8 percent with an overall average of 36.5 percent .
